More than two months after the “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star and Joe Giudice finalized their divorce, Page Six reported on Nov. 9 that Teresa is now dating New Jersey-based businessman Luis “Louie” Ruelas, a 46-year-old single father of two.

Louie is the co-founder of Digital Media Solutions, a digital marketing company.
“The relationship is very new, but both are very happy,” a source told Page Six.
According to Louie’s company profile, “His extensive entrepreneurship experience, hustler mentality and competitive spirit culminate with his love of family and passion for community. A father of two sons, Luis spends a great deal of time advocating for children with special needs with a particular focus on Autism given his son’s condition.”
Page Six notes that Teresa was photographed with Louie at a football game over the weekend. The picture showed Louie with his hand on Teresa’s waist. At the time, his identity was unknown.
After 20 years of marriage, Teresa and Joe finalized their divorce in early September.
Although Teresa was seen with other men while she and Joe were separated, the new romance seems to be more serious already. Joe, for his part, said recently that he’s dating someone new, as well.
“We’re not really dating,” Joe, who was deported to Italy after his prison sentence, told E! News. “But we’re, like, seeing each other or whatever.”
When asked about Teresa’s dating life, he said, “What’s she going to do, stay alone forever? That’s not fair, as well. Look, if I would have got out and I would have been able to go home, who knows what would happen? Maybe we’d still be in the same situation, maybe not. I don’t know. Things change after so many years.”
