Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker look loved up as they wrap their arms around each other following a quiet lunch in West Hollywood
Kourtney Kardashian got back from an Aspen trip with her children and ran straight into the arms of her new beau Travis Barker.
The 41-year-old reality star can’t see to get enough of the Blink-182 drummer, as they stepped out for lunch on Friday after dining together the night before at Nobu.
The pair — who seemed to have already exchanged ‘I love you’s’ — looked smitten as they wrapped their arms around each other following a quiet meal in West Hollywood.
The Poosh founder looked every inch the rockstar girlfriend as she sported black trousers and black Doc Martens.
She paired the edged-up look with a black sweater with brown detailing, and carried a micro Hermes purse in a matching shade of black.
Kourtney showed off her extended raven tresses and was suited up in a black face mask and a pair of stylish square sunglasses.
She draped her arm around Barker’s back as he tenderly held her shoulder, while strolling in a red ‘don’t trust anyone’ T-shirt and black Dickies with vans.
He was every bit the gentleman as he opened her car door for her, sweetly resting his hand on her backside beforehand.
Despite the message on his shirt, the rocker has made it clear that he and Kourtney have both a loving and trusting partnership, after turning their longtime friendship into something romantic.
She has written him many love notes which he has shared on Instagram, the first reading: ‘To lots of fun adventures, may we destroy each other completely,’ and the second one in her same handwriting reading: ‘I love you.’
He gushed over their relationship in conversation with Drew Barrymore on her talk show as he spoke about how nice it is to date someone who also has children and how ‘natural’ their relationship is.
‘Up until now, I would date girls who didn’t have kids, and I find it kind of hard, because I think they would have trouble understanding, like “Why don’t you want to go to dinner every night with me? Or why don’t you want to see me every night?”,’ he said.
‘And now, I’m spending time with a woman who’s a great mom, who’s a great friend, and you don’t have to worry about any of those things. It just comes natural,’ Barker shared, while adding that he likes ‘missing someone.’
Having clearly missed Kourtney after she jetted off to Aspen with kids Mason, 11, Penelope, eight, and Reign, six, they made immediate dinner plans.
He also seemed to pay tribute to his lady love as he tattooed himself with the words ‘you’re so cool’ —the lead track off the soundtrack to his favorite film True Romance — in her handwriting.
Fans suspected the two may be an item a few months ago when Kourtney’s usual Instagram content took a swerve and she posted a still from the movie (knowing it was his favorite) on her grid.
From there the flirty back and forths only continued, both commenting emojis and words of affirmation on each other’s various photos.
The couple went Instagram official just after Valentine’s Day as she posted a photo of their hands interlocked.
They had previously posted content that signified they were indeed spending time together (from scenic snaps of Kris Jenner’s Palm Springs pool to matching fireplaces), but things were put forth into the open on the romantic holiday.
Though Kourtney has remained more mum than Barker on their relationship, a source told People that she was ‘ready for a relationship with a more mature guy’; the pair’s strong friendship and love of each other’s families only making it easier.
