Sofia Vergara claps back at Instagram troll who said her face ‘looks different now’
Sofia Vergara wasted no time in setting an Instagram troll straight after they questioned
whether she’s had work done to her face.
The Instagram user wrote a comment under one of Sofia’s photos this week asking
why the Modern Family star ‘looks a little different now’.
His comment read, ‘lately i’ve been noticing that u did something to your face… i can’t find what but your face looks a little bit different now’
Sofia, 46, took it in her stride as she responded simply, ‘its called aging.’
The Colombian beauty was also the target of another troll on her husband’s Instagram account on Monday.
The Spider-Man star shared a promotional video for Hulu which featured his wife of
three years saying ‘Never date Joe Manganiello. He ruins men forever.’
A user wrote under the clip, ‘How many takes for Sofia to pronounce your name correctly?’
along with a laughing emoji.
The 41-year-old Magic Mike hunk came back with a perfect response, writing ‘I hope you’re sitting down for this one but it’s her last name too’.
Sofia opened up about her thick accent in 2017 when she told CBS:
‘When it comes out, it comes out however it wants to come out,’ she said. ‘I can’t control it.
You think I would sound like this after 25 years in this country if I could control it?
‘I think it’s become more horrible,’ she added.
‘I started to learn that it’s funnier when I would say ye-aas, like yes, so now, it’s like I don’t even know
what my accent is anymore.’
