Not only does her single “Dinero” have two nominations, but she will perform live at this year’s show for the first time since 2001 — and she will receive the prestigious Michael Jackson video vanguard award. Not too shabby for Jenny from the Block.

With the award ceremony just around the corner on Monday (Aug. 20), the Puerto Rican singer decided to treat her fans with rare anecdotes from some of her favorite music videos. “I’m feeling nostalgic!” she expressed on Instagram just one week before the show. “I’m sharing some of my favorite video moments from the last 20 years.”

The videos that made the cut were “Waiting for Tonight,” “I’m Real” and “On the Floor.”

“That’s when I realized the magic of editing. Since then, I’ve been involved in the editing of all my videos,” she said about her second music video, “Waiting for Tonight.” For “I’m Real,” she expressed how she decided to be herself for the video featuring Ja Rule, and she mentioned how she made history with “On the Floor.”

The VMAs will air live from Radio City Music Hall on Monday, Aug. 20 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
