Pete Davidson Addresses Kate Beckinsale Age Gap On ‘SNL’

Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale have taken their relationship fully public. The comedian is well aware of the 20-year age gap between them and addressed it in his true style.

During the ‘Weekend Update’ segment of ‘SNL’ last night, Colin Jost asked Davidson if he had any new developments and hinted at a new girlfriend.

Pete seemed to be pretty tight-lipped at first, stating: “Apparently people have a crazy fascination with our age difference. But it doesn’t really bother us. But then again, I’m new to this.”

He then went on to deliver a hard-hitting joke by naming other celebrities who tend to date people younger than them.

“So if you have questions about a relationship with a big age difference, just ask Leonardo DiCaprio, Jason Statham, Michael Douglas, Richard Gere, Jeff Goldblum, Scott Disick, Dane Cook, Derek Jeter, Bruce Willis, Harrison Ford, Tommy Lee, Alec Baldwin, Sean Penn, and whoever the president of France is [Emmanuel Macron, who is actually over two decades younger than his wife]. Mel Gibson, Billy Joel, Mick Jagger, Sylvester Stallone, Eddie Murphy, Kelsey Grammer, Larry King, Larry King, Larry King, Rod Stewart and Donald Trump.”

Kate has also fought back at critics who judge her romance with the actor. After a fan shared a meme making fun of Beckinsale’s choice in men, she gave an epic response.

Close friends of the celebrities claim that this is the real deal — not a fling.

A source told Page Six: “This is a real romance. They are really into each other. They’ve been trying to stay low key, but they can’t go anywhere without getting spotted.”

This is a good thing according to his inner circle who witnessed how down Davidson was after his failed engagement to Ariana Grande.

Do you think an older woman is exactly what Pete needs? Do you think he and Kate will last?
