Catherine Zeta-Jones has shared a rare photo of her father-in-law, Kirk Douglas, to mark his 103rd birthday.
In a hilarious move, it was the birthday boy who was sitting on the 50-year-old actress’ knee as they celebrated the milestone occasion.
“This guy on my knee, is 103!!!!! Happy Birthday Pappy!!! I love you with all my heart,” she captioned the sweet snap.
Catherine has been married to Kirk’s son, Michael Douglas, for almost 20 years, and naturally he too also wished his father a happy birthday on Instagram.
“Happy birthday Dad! You are a living legend and your entire family sends you all the love in their hearts!” Michael wrote next to a photo of himself kissing his dad on the forehead.
It was double the celebration for the Douglas family as Michael was also celebrating his 10th Golden Globe nomination, the most current one being for Best Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for his role in the Netflix comedy, The Kominsky Method. If he wins, this will be his fourth Golden Globe award.

Proud wife Catherine also praised Michael for his work.
“Congrats darling. Golden Globe nominee,” she gushed on Instagram Stories.
