Olivia Newton-John and John Travolta are experiencing a blast from the bast.
Newton-John (Sandy) and Travolta (Danny) reunited on Friday for a Meet n’ Grease sing-along event at the Coral Sky Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, Florida. The two stars slipped into their old costumes and held hands in a photo posted to Instagram by Newton-John.
“First time in costume since we made the movie!” the actress captioned the image. “So excited!!”
Earlier this week, Newton-John was reunited with her original “Grease” leather jacket from the film. An anonymous buyer purchased the jacket from an auction and returned it to Newton-John.
Furthermore, the $243,200 paid for the jacket was donated to the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness and Research Centre in Australia.
Newton-John and Travolta originally starred in 1978, based on the 1971 musical of the same name.
