Brad Pitt has won his legal bid to get a bizarre $100,000 lawsuit against him thrown out of court.

Businesswoman Kelli Christina was scammed out of $40,000 by an Internet con artist who posed as Pitt and won her over with “discussions of marriage.”

But even after she realized that she wasn’t actually communicating with the Oscar winner, she still sued the real Pitt — claiming in court papers that he should have done more to protect his fans from impostors.

But on Thursday a judge dismissed her suit.

Christina, of Plano, Texas, has claimed that the scammer approached her online in 2018 and asked her to organize a series of fundraisers for Pitt’s Make It Right Foundation, which constructs new homes for victims of Hurricane Katrina.

In court papers, she said that the fake Pitt asked her for $40,000 to attend the events, but “canceled” at the last minute each time — then disappeared with the money.

She even claimed that the pair developed such a close relationship that they had “discussions of marriage,” court docs seen by Page Six said.

Christina sued Pitt last month, claiming that he should have done more to protect her from a scammer using his name.

But a judge granted Pitt’s motion to dismiss the case in a Texas court on Thursday, according to court docs seen by Page Six, calling it “meritless.”

Christina told Page Six that she would continue to fight, vowing to appeal the judgment.

She told us that she’s pursuing the suit because she was so disappointed that the real Pitt didn’t help her, even though it was his name being used to trick her.

“Brad Pitt ignored all [my problems] [for] a year and a half,” she told us in an email. “He was contacted [about the ordeal] at Make It Right [his production company], Plan B Entertainment, his Los Angeles home and his Beverly Hills attorney [in] the summer of 2019. All problems [were] ignored and yet it’s his name and reputation [being used to defraud people].”

She’s proposing a joint project between the government and the Hollywood establishment to prevent these kinds of scam operations from happening.
