He’s got that dad-for-the-sixth-time glow.
Jude Law was snapped out pounding the pavement in Highgate, North London, on Thursday with his newborn baby with wife Phillipa Coan. Law, 47, sported a salt-and-pepper beard, sunglasses, scarf and all-black ensemble — but no mask — as he grinned at the infant strapped to his chest. He was also carrying a must-have accessory for any new parent: Coffee.
The “Young Pope” star and Coan tied the knot in London in May of 2019; Law revealed in September that they’d welcomed their first child during an appearance on “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon. They have not revealed the child’s name or sex, though the infant appears to be wearing a pink hat in this new photo.
“It’s really wonderful,” he told Fallon of becoming a dad again during lockdown. “We feel pretty blessed that we were in a time where we could as a family we could just nest and enjoy each other’s company and every day as it came. It was an unusual but kind of enforced love-in.”
The baby joins the actor’s other children Rafferty, 23, Iris, 19, and Rudy, 17, with ex-wife Sadie Frost; 10-year-old Sophia with model Samantha Burke; and 5-year-old Ada with singer-songwriter Catherine Harding.
