Meghan and Harry seeking 12-month ‘Megxit’ extension.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are reportedly seeking an extension to their 12-month “Megxit” deal that would allow them to continue as non-working royals in California.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex plan to meet with senior royals over Zoom in January, before Harry travels to the UK — depending on COVID restrictions — to seal the deal, The Sun reported Saturday.

Harry and Meghan’s current deal with Buckingham Palace allows them to hold on to their royal patronages, or charity support duties, but is set to expire on March 31.

The two are keen to hold on to their patronages, The Sun noted.

Meghan’s patronages include organizations that forward women’s empowerment, universal education and animal welfare.

Harry’s include his title as president of the African Parks nonprofit conservation charity and the Invictus Games foundation.

Harry is also hoping to regain the honorary military posts that were stripped from him during Megxit, The Sun reported.

News of the upcoming negotiations comes after Harry and Meghan secured deals with Netflix and Spotify each worth $100 million and $30 million.

Senior royals will scrutinize those deals to make sure they meet “the values of Her Majesty,” the outlet reported.

The couple angered the royal family by announcing on social media in January that they wanted to step down as senior royals so they could live independent lives in the United States.

Harry and Meghan are also looking to return to the U.K. for Queen Elizabeth II’s 95th birthday in April, for Prince Phillip, Duke of Edinburgh’s 100th birthday in June, and for the unveiling of a statue of Princess Diana on what would have been her 60th birthday on July 1, The Sun reported.
