After keeping her relationship, engagement and wedding with musician Phil Elverum under wraps, Michelle Williams stepped out for the premiere of her new film, “Venom,” in Los Angeles on Monday, Oct. 1, wearing a simple yet elegant wedding ring on her left hand.
The actress recently revealed she and Phil had staged a secret ceremony in New York’s
Adirondacks region over the summer, telling Vanity Fair that only a handful of friends and relatives were invited.
“Obviously I’ve never once in my life talked about a relationship, but Phil isn’t anyone else,” she explained.
“And that’s worth something. Ultimately, the way he loves me is the way I want to live my life on the whole.
I work to be free inside of the moment. I parent to let [my daughter]
Matilda feel free to be herself, and I am finally loved by someone who makes me feel free.”
